Due to the nature of made to order items, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. 

Defected / Missing Items
While we do our very best to perform quality check before shipment, mistakes may still occur. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong/missing item. Please contact us at info@shopdaisypapers.com within 5 business days of delivery along with your order number and a brief description/photo of the issue, and we'd be happy to assist you.
