All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING 📦
To help minimize shipping costs, your order may be shipped via standard Lettermail without a tracking number. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade your shipping method at checkout to include a tracking number (recommended).

Important Note: SHOPDAISYPAPERS is not responsible for any lost packages sent via standard untracked Lettermail. No refunds or replacements will be provided for lost items if this shipping method is selected. Once your order is dropped off at the Post Office, the shipping process is beyond our control. If you’re concerned about your package potentially being lost in transit, we strongly recommend upgrading to a tracked shipping method at checkout. 📍

Standard Lettermail/Parcel Delivery Times:

• Canada: 5-10 business days
• USA: 10-20 business days
• International: 15-30 business days

DELIVERY 🚚
Please be aware that shipping times are currently longer due to a postal worker shortage. Orders shipped to the USA or internationally may take up to 4-5 weeks after dispatch to arrive. Domestic orders within Canada are currently estimated to take 2-3 weeks.

Customs & Import Fees 🌍
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Customs fees vary by country and are based on the value of the items. SHOPDAISYPAPERS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or import taxes.

VAT UPDATE: According to the new value-added tax (VAT) policies that went into effect in 2021, all goods imported to UK and EU will now be subject to VAT. SHOPDAISYPAERS will not charge VAT, customs and import taxes that may apply in these associated countries. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
